The Process

When you call Edward Callahan LLC, Noelle will schedule one of our estimators to come to your home to evaluate the problem or job that you called us about. They will talk with you about what we see and how we usually handle the situation at hand. For example, if you called about a roof leak, we will explain where we think the origin and cause of the leak and what the options are to combat the leak. We are very thorough when we look at the problem or the job you are interested in. We write a detailed proposal for your perusal. Once we have written the proposal we will contact you to answer any questions you have about our solution or method or brand choice. We want to educate you through the process and should you decide to choose our company, we will keep you informed throughout the entire process. Once we start your job, we will stay on your job until we see it to completion. Many of our competitors will show up on Monday morning at 10am and stay for a few hours and do not come back for the another week. We make a commitment to you no matter what the size job; that we will be at the jobsite barring any unforeseen weather events.
